Terms of Service

These terms describe the rules for using Assure. They are meant to keep the service safe, clear, and usable for teams running testing workflows.

Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Assure, including the web app, browser extension, pixel, APIs, and related services.

By accessing or using Assure, you agree to these terms. If you are using Assure on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Using the service

You may use Assure only in compliance with applicable law and only for legitimate testing, quality, and operational workflows.

You are responsible for your account, your workspace activity, and any content, prompts, URLs, or session data you submit through the service.

Consent and monitored environments

You are responsible for obtaining any required notices, consents, approvals, or internal authorization before using Assure to capture events, logs, or other testing data.

You must not use Assure to monitor, intercept, or collect information in ways that violate privacy rights, contracts, workplace rules, or applicable law.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use Assure to break the law, infringe the rights of others, probe or attack systems without authorization, or interfere with the reliability or security of the service.

You may not reverse engineer, copy, resell, or misuse the service except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

AI-assisted features

Assure may generate drafts, summaries, prompts, or recommendations using AI systems. Those outputs may be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed by a human before use.

You remain responsible for decisions made using AI-assisted output.

Intellectual property

As between you and Assure, you retain rights in the content you submit, subject to the rights needed for us to host, process, transmit, and display that content to operate the service.

Assure and its related branding, software, and product materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, including features that depend on third-party systems or integrations.

We may also update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Assure after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Disclaimers

Assure is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Assure will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

If liability cannot be excluded, Assure's total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will be limited to the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you have not paid for the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Assure if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or created risk for the service, other users, or third parties.

You may stop using the service at any time.
